Pseudautomeris (Lemaire, 1967) is a genus of Saturniidae that contains about 25 to 35 species of silkmoths found in South America. Their appearance slightly resembles Automeris but the morphology of the larvae and adults is quite different. The status of some species described on DNA is still uncertain.
